Favorite Devil's Picturebook Effect?

The invisible deal is a really cool impromptu thing to do. I've had it not work, but only by fault on my part. 
Extreme Mental Effort has opened my mind to new ways of thinking. I'd have to say that was my favourite effect on there, for pure impossibility and for also changing my view on magic-thinking as a whole.

The Invisible Deal is also a favorite of mine. I usually don't like oil and water effects, but I really enjoy the one in the Devil's Picturebook. Also, the version of OOTW is also nice.
I ws planning to get the DVD and it said I couldn't because of delay to his tour. On his site it said his tour had ended june 7 but the notice is still up. does this mean I can order the devils picturebook?
