Holiday Scratch Cards Missing?

I've been waiting for over a week for my order consisting of six Deck Ones to arrived. When it finally arrived, I opened up the package and there're no scratch cards at all in my package.
I was going to sent an email to the theory11 staff and customer service but since it's christmas, everyone is probably on vacation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Christmas or not, we are always here to help. Double check the package to make sure the cards aren't trapped in one of the folds. If you're sure no scratch cards are within it, submit a quick message to our support crew and they will make sure this is taken care of ASAP.

There have been a few reported issues similar to this, but they are very few and far between. As our warehouse crew inserts those cards individually into packages, it is a manual process, and therefore mistakes (and omissions) can occur from time to time. Very, very rarely.

Nevertheless, I trust our crew will make sure you are well taken care of in your support ticket ASAP.

I got scratch cards but not enough of them, but the crew fixed the problem said they would ship them.
