Best Effects to use with IET

i really want to improve my handling on IET so can anyone recommend a good dvd/resource that could teach me good effects using loops/IET? not only effects but also techniques for better handling on these gimmicks thanks

He also has a nice penguin lecture with some cool IET effects.

Dirk Losander's lecture is also based on work with IT, IET, etc....
