Electric touch plus?

I'm not sure whether it's the right place to ask this, but well...

So, I want to buy an utility tool to add more effect in some of my routines, and Yigal Mesika's Electric Touch Plus looks pretty fine to me. So I tried to search some reviews, but I only found reviews about the first version of Electric Touch. So, here are my questions :

1?) I understood that Electric Touch could be easily broken. Is Electric Touch Plus more resistant than his big brother?
2?) I know this thing can hurt a little the spectator as well as the magician. But can it be dangerous? For exemple, can I use it to do a magic trick to my girlfriend, who suffers from heart desease?
3?) Can it activate anti theft devices or security devices?
4?) Finally, is the secret forum still there? If I get the device, I really would like to use this P.E.T.S setup, which sounds a lot better than any other setup.

1) It's studier but you still need to be careful with it.
2) Don't use it on anyone with a heart condition or pacemaker, etc. Don't be stupid about it - it's electricity.
3 & 4) Sorry, don't know.

So it really can be harmful, it's not just something like a lighter switch. Well then, I think I'll have to find something else. Good thing I asked before jumping on my wallet.

It's one of those things where normally it wouldn't matter - but in some cases it could be an issue and you don't want to take that risk.
