Jay Sankey's Brainwash has always been one of my favorite effects that use an entire blank deck. Really easy to perform, and it gives you a lot of time to focus on the presentation, which is the most important part. I've used it several times in private shows and it has always served me well.

There are a few versions of Blizzard out there that are great. Dean Dill had one, Magic Balay, and Patrick Kun both have clever handlings as well.
