Hey Goku! The elite cards are sent via normal mail, so there's unfortunately no detailed tracking, but with the new metal card system, no one will need to wait longer than one month for production (plus time for shipping) - so things will be much faster hereafter!

There will definitely be a method to upgrade your card if you have an older one - we're working on that process as we speak!

Definitely! We'll have an upgrade option soon for existing elite members to upgrade your existing card for zero cost, other than shipping. Stay tuned to your inbox in the coming week or two for details, once we get the system setup to make it happen!

Feeling heartbroken. I purchased Box 1 and Box 2 before finding out about earning points. Now my family bought me two puzzles and still no points because they were all bought in stores.

If you have one of the old cards and want to upgrade to the new metal cards (just have to cover shipping), you can now go into the Elite Points section of your account and find the upgrade there if your account did not receive one prior:

If you have any issues claiming the card, please let us know so we can have this fixed for everyone going forward!

Hi, are there any perks included with the metal card? Don’t get me wrong, the card itself is great on its own… but shipping it to Spain costs $20, which is quite pricey for a good-looking “souvenir”. Thanks in advance.

I have my metal card that says “Silver” for the Level. I just hit Gold level, so does that mean I’ll get a new card with “Gold” printed on it? Also, can’t find anywhere that explains the difference in levels? Benefits? Thanks!
