Is this suppose to happen?

In this review of identity there was this effect call deck 9 but when i look at the page of Identity the effect wasnt there. Is this suppose to happen?

It should be on pages 71 to 75. Make sure your PDF has exactly 95 pages. If not, send d+M an email...
