What type of fork for practice?

I'm thinking about buying Psychokinetic Silverware - Gerry & Banachek, and i'm not quite sure what forks are best for practice. I'm kinda low on cash, so i want a bunch of them cheap, but good enough quality to so there's not too much difference when performing with (maybe) stronger forks. What kind of forks do you guys use to practice?
thanks,
James

Many times Wal-mart won't sell dominion forks and in that case the next best place is to go to a restaurant supply shop. It can be hard to find forks for metal bending because many of them are too thick, restaurant shops however tend to have cheaper, more workable silverware and you can normally buy a lot of it cheap. I normally stop by a shop every now and then and pick up 50 or so forks they normally charge me around 10 or 12 dollars.
