You can practice first with the thin cards,thats what they are for.

You have to practice having good form before actually performing or advancing in your learning.
Like in weightlifting. Your always recommended to start with lightweights to perfect your form first before heavy training so you dont hurt yourself later.
It takes time.

ammm i dont have manupulating cards soo.... welll i got to the normal cards

i have been doing card manipulation for close to 1 year now, and i always use regular cards to practice. especially harder things like split fans. i find it makes it alot easier when you transition back to manip cards. if you can backpalm 10 regular cards and not flash, then u can backpalm around 20-25 manip cards and not worry about flashing. it is definetly harder. but it helps you build up all those little muscles for if you ever pick up manip cards, or begin to learn harder material.
