Compressed Pen by Jay Sankey?

Where can Jay's compressed pen be learned? I've looked around but didn't find it.

Also, what do you think of the effect? I've been working on it (learned it from the Rice Papers, but I'm looking for where it was originally taught) and absolutely love it. What kind of reactions have you gotten with it, just out of curiosity?

This is an extremely late reply BUT you can find in the Magical Arts Journal and also, the Definitive Sankey is coming out in June and it may be in there. Hope this helps.
