Negative. If he is following the method from Ben Earls Stroke Change then its completely different then the Cardini.

Not really a magician if he calls you out on your performances.. more or less a heckler with the basic concept of simple tricks. Just forget about him and move on. Most likely he will fall off his trend and you can carry about your way.
