It depends on the artist for copyright infringement. Youtube has been sort of jumping the gun with some stuff. (Deleting videos if they don;t like content etc.)

first: You cannot copyright an effect, just the way the effect is shown (The video) or taught (An instructional DVD/book) 2. I'm talking about the intro music and Lance burton talking. THOSE are copyrighted, and you can get in a lot of trouble.

I agree with dontavius Actually, I am currently riping the video from youtube, to edit it to look like a true decepiton. instead of a... inverse deception I guess (Decieveing us by making us think he failed in Decieving us :P)

I, for one, would say: I am not going to say that it's camera tricks. but I will say that I find it hard to believe otherwise when you don;t have a single video of you performing live, or on a stage. Second, Using Lance burton's voice, and Angel's intro music can get you in alot of trouble...

honestly: This is stupid IMO. Because, really, when would you EVER do this? and with G fools DM, it's the same thing. But, though impracticle, I like the message of tghis video.
