I believe it should be available. The older nicer copies, are probably harder to find. The one I have is photo copied pages made by EZ magic, it is in a nice hard cover, but the quality of the photos sucks, but does not completely deter from learning.

Another vote for the plunger method. It's in Expert Card Technique on page 211. It's the only rising card I do, and I modified the handling. I just use one hand and my pinky. It looks just as good to me as a lot of the others.
