I think that the ones who leaves the comments are the ones who can be fooled by even the most simplest or obvious of camera-cuts. Most I believe probably do not know or have a passion for magic and are probably expose or trade of that sort.

I would assume so. The moving of the can and the distance moved may depend in the method your're using. But I can say that both methods do probably have their advantages.

That's I normally do too. I'll have the spectator hold the deck and I'll say "We'll get back to those in a minute" or "I want you to think of any card and visualize among this pack".
