WHen your holding the bottom packet. Instead of holding normal dealers grip change it to straddle grip. Just move you pinky to the short side of the cards.

Yeah with your ring. And be sure to hold it in stradle grip. You use your ring to spin the top and your pinky for the bottom.

The sytem is hard at first but eventualy you will get used to it's teaching. There is also the pasteboard animations which teaches a few of the flourishes with words, it also has ace productions and table moves. It's a great dvd. You should also try the trilogy.
