As long as it isnt a first generation model of either device it will update. But if you have an iPod Touch 2nd Gen, 3rd Gen 8 GB or an iPhone 3G some features will be left out like multitasking and backgrounds.

Really? It seems that I tried something like that a while back but it was only for the US. Im in Canada. Im going to have to look into this. And its not an excuse, there are downloads on here that I would love to have but couldnt because I dont have a credit card. EDIT: I cant find anything...

Not taking sides but IMO i tend to look for other resources besides 1 on 1s because I dont have a credit card. ...if only Theory 11 accepted Paypal. Thats why I look for resources that accept paypal. Still no idea why Theory 11 doesnt accept it. Most other places do.

This is a great idea. If I had 5 bucks in my paypal I would buy one. Your gonna raise way more than if you just sold it flat out.
