Ellusionist's Xtreme Beginners is good... They teach you some nice visual flourishes (I love the Impossible Stack). :-)

I have yet to reach that flourish... I still struggle with things like Pandora and Madonna... But - The best advice I could give you is to really sit with your deck of cards, and do the flourish really really slowly, and again, and again, and again, and again, and try to do different things...
