    Stereotypes

Haha those are awesome. Hey, do you have one liners for things like: "Can you do that again?" "How did you do that?" "It was up your sleeve!"

    Ending a sponge ball routine?

Ok, i was exaggerating when i said worst ending ever. But still i think there are better ones out there. I can understand your full circle concept that really doesn't fit me. I like my routines to be sorta like a stair step pattern, with each effect more amazing than the last. Ending with a...

    Lying for prestige?

Well i recently bought Darwin Ortiz's Strong Magic and i gotta say its the best books i've ever bought. I've just gotten past the part about Prestige, and i was wondering, is it ok to lie if it gets you some prestige? Like is it ok to say like you've been tutored by say, Lance Burton, when...

    Stereotypes

I get comments like: "Hey can you many this levitate/disappear/ float across the room?" "Dude he's the next David Blaine" "Can you pull a rabbit out of my hat?"

    Most difficult aerial flourish?

Well my friend told me about the piroutte armspread and he said there are people that can do it. Basically its an armspread catch with each card spinning. I dont think there is a video of it tho. The one hand waterfall can be seen and learned from the flourishing bible.

    Ending a sponge ball routine?

I feel that's the worst ending ever. Cuz there's no dramatic build up. The climax is not more impressive as the rest of the trick. Haha, i love that one.

    Most difficult aerial flourish?

I'm surprised no one has mentioned pirouette armspreads. Those are near impossible. Also, one hand water falls are hard too.

    One-Liners?

I'm looking for some good one-liners for when unexpected things happen when i'm performing. I've been thinking of getting Reaction Ad-Libs by Gary Darwin. Can anyone tell me if this is a good buy or not? Also, what are some other books or dvds with some good one-liners? Thanks!

    Ending a sponge ball routine?

Usually, to end my sponge ball routine, i end with a production of 10 balls in the spectator's hand, and this gets great reactions. However, I've found it's a pain in the neck to carry around 10 balls with me all day. So what some other good endings to sponge ball routine? I dont like the square...

    Chilean Magic In Danger

Honestly, this is what will happen. A guy will sit down, surf the channels, and find the show. He'd be like "Well, there's nothing else on" and stay and watch. He'll see the explanation for say the ACR. He'd go like "Oh! That's how you do it!". The next day, the guy goes on with his busy life...

    Flourishing Advice

With some moves there are. For example, in the case of the Rev cut, When i tryed to do madonnas, it was VERY difficult to maneuver the rotating packet while holding a packet with thumb. I know the flourish is hard, but can't be THAT hard. Well then i observed the revolutions cuts of other...

    Card Finish

To answer your second question, different decks are good for different things. Here is my opinion of the best deck for each of the following purposes: Cuts: Jerrys and Wynns. They clump together more so packets dont fall apart. Fanning: Tally-Ho's, S&M, E Decks. Nice finish, good fans Magic...

    Flourishing Advice

Well in addition to practice, make sure you practice RIGHT. Cuz its a terrible thing to learn a move and found out a year later that you learned it wrong. And then you have to re learn it all over again (that's what happened to me with the Revolution Cut). So learn it from a correct source...

    Put on the spot?

Well i've actually have had other experiences like that. Once in study hall, my friend called me over to show his friends a trick. After about 2 tricks (one of which was Laced), i had the whole room around me. I've just never been put on the spot to formally perform in front of a large audience.

    Put on the spot?

Have any of you ever been put on the spot to perform in front of a large audience? It happened to me the first time today. We had a double period today where we wrote a persuasive essay. When i finished, i took out a sponge ball and started practicing some vanishes. After everyone was done...
