I popped mine on eBay. They we're just taking up space and not being used so I thought why not.
I didn't want to be greedy and do the $140 or higher like I had seen. I was unsure they would actually sell.
But at $80(Australian) each they were picked up after a couple hours.
No complaints from...
My coil stopped heating as well, it lasted more than 2 uses however never got used in a performance situation. After that and pure smoke I've been disheartened by smoke gimmicks now. I just stick with Alan rorrisons smoke now. Much more reliable.
Without looking at previous posts I have flipped my own coin
Let's see how I do
Flip one: heads
Flip two: heads
Flip three: heads
Flip four: tails

Good luck all!
I've got a guest spot on stage in a burlesque show. Most of my set is geek magic but I wanted something silly to open with to show that I'm a bit silly... I'm taking a cheap lighter... Flicking it on, transferring the flame to my other hand and flicking it back on the lighter. :P

I thought I'd try something different and show a coin sleight. Just a fun shot of a French drop. Good luck everyone! https://www.instagram.com/p/BW4os7rgSQ5/
I'd keep hold of any paper notes before they change and just work it into the performance. "They had to change to plastic because this kept happening" *boom* go into your routine. That's my first thought.
The west Australian society of magic meets every month (with some social magic night's as well) if you're interested. pm for details and I can tell who to contact to join. :)
I work whenever people hire me, so I guess I'm part time :p j have an unrelated full time job.
The only issue is that being a full-time dad I can't always accept gig offers and have to hand them off to other local magicians. Unfortunately this year alone I've had to turn down four corporate...
