A few weeks ago, my friends bought me a plastic deck for my birthday. I tried flourishing with them and these cards cant fan well. I dislike how flimsy these cards are too. But flourishing underwater? I guess I'll have to try that out.

Are you into card magic/cardistry? Dangerous and the Trilogy are both great choices if you want to learn card magic and cardistry.

IMO, thin card stock works for everything.

Hmm, I would recommend the trilogy if you have the cash. IMO, it's much easier to learn flourishes by watching instead of reading. I suggest that you read some reviews of custom cards before you buy them. P.S. (To FOO:L and thanatos), which shops do y'all go to?

As DannyT said, not all Chris' tricks are fake/stooge. However, there are some tricks that are too extreme, and even layman will know that it is fake. For example, walking on water, levitating above the luxor hotel in vegas.
