The best source to "learn" from in my opinion are from Steve Forte's Tapes Gambling Protection Series Or from the Weapons of the Card Shark DVD's by Jeff Wessmiller.

I believe that the ones sold on Theory 11 were the First Edition Split Spades. There was a David Blaine Bee deck which had a different Box and Design..... I could be mistaken :/

both shifts are very well executed. although i wouldn't use the miller shift on the card table....it's much to obvious and open
