Trap it between the deck. This will look like the card made itself turn over in the relatively small space, rather than shooting out of the deck.

I always drop cards. If I don't drop cards, I will do it on purpose, just to see if I'm not possessed by some anti-card dropping demon or something :D

It looks pretty sweet, but I would advise to loose the hands in the skull design, and make the skull a little more devilish. The tiger design looks awesome. I love the subtleties in the colours.
