Is 2.0 really that big of a difference? I really want to get this book but I don't know if I want to spend $40 on the new version. I've noticed that the original book is much cheaper now. Should I just get the original and upgrade at a later point? Let me know.

I would say that I like stuff with cards in general. I don't mind doing a few things with other genres of magic either from time to time.

Well, I mainly do stuff with cards. In terms of conditions, it really depends on the trick. So a mix of sitting and standing. As of right now, I'm just doing stuff for family and friends.
