I actually used the vintage hold out on one of my fontaines and yeah i messed up so I am sad but I am too scared to try it again so lol. But i recommend you make sure you really want to do it and if so than be very careful lol

Yeah I am right handed so I hold the deck with my left hand and of course do all the twirls and stuff like that with my right hand so you should be holding the hand in your left hand but what ever makes you feel comfortable :D
