I've been into mentalism for a very long time and I've been studying it for a little while. I'm very into anchoring. I was just wondering if anyone knew of any books or DVD's that taught this well. Thanks.

Pretty well every basic NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) book shows you how to do it, I find NLP improves a mentalism routine 100 fold.

I don't know a lot about it, but Derren Brown has some stuff on it in his book Pure Effect.

Derren Brown also explains it well in "Tricks of the Mind". But honestly, it's another form of suggestion. It works a slightly better than a straight suggestion simply because you cause a physical connection.
