I have seen that t11 archive has been updated. As I am disappointed with price increase of Propaganda playing cards and some decks that have been added to archivem, I am hope that there will be another archive update. Will there be another archive update?

We'll be updating The Archive all the time from here on out! The recent updates weren't just cosmetic - we re-engineered the system that WE use to keep it updated, which in turn will allow for much more frequent additions.
Re: Propaganda, point values are determined based on rarity and supplies remaining. Right now, we have less than 30 Propaganda decks remaining (period), so the current point value I think is a bargain! Once those are gone, that's it for that edition forever.
