Hi guys,

Are the 1st editions of the Stingers worth more?

I know all decks have different editions, but the stingers are the ones which we can tell the difference from the address.

Well the only people who would want it would probably be collectors. And the value would be different from person to person.

a collectable is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. I don't think they are rare enough to have any significant value other than what you paid for them.

The first editions have a different feel to them. I believe they were printed on the Aristocrat stock, which in my opinion made for a better card. The newer editions, while nice, don't have the same feel and stiffness I liked with the first editions. (Much better for bar magic too)

The other noticeable difference with the newer stock is the box itself. It is basically a playing card...lol

So I'm not the only person who noticed the box. Yes I wish I had gotten the first edition for the newer one doesn't quite have the stiffness I like. They are still one of my favorites though.
