Am I the only one having trouble purchasing the decks or are they sold out and don't say it when I try to buy them. I place order and in my cart it doesn't show up.

Submit a support ticket. Talk to the people that actually run the place,not forumers.
Everyone will always tell you to do that.
Everyone should take note.
