I personally was never impressed by Jay's DVDs. David Kong's DVD was a hell of a lot better and had far more creative variations on the utility.
That said, it's advised to do a quick search before posting a thread. As Christopher pointed out, there was actually a thread on this very subject right on the first page. For the regulars it can feel a bit monotonous when too many threads are on the same topic in a short period of time and once they get tired of repeating themselves you lose out on good advice.
