Why not buy it from eBay? Fullboatdealer is a great, trustworthy seller. Check his feedback. I've bought from him before, and the prices are great.

Looks kinda fishy to me.
Personally, I wouldn't buy it, but if you want it, then get it, but I don't trust it.

I found cards similar to this, except Dora the Explorer, and StarW Wars etc, in downtown Vancouver. I didn't buy a deck but, if they're made from Bicycle then they should be trust worthy. I would recommend checking out a Chinatown, not to be racist, if you have on near you because that's where I was when I found the Dora and Star Wars ones, they may have Harry Potter.
