Box Monster Help

I recently purchased Box Monster and it's a really cool effect but I'm having SO much trouble setting up the gimmick. Can someone who has it PM me with some tips on how to build it?

how hard isit?
its just making it which takes 3 minutes if you know how, then the setup.... which takes... 5 seconds?
