when it was released here for a limited quantity, how fast it sold out?

i am asking because maybe the same thing will happen on white centurions, or much faster because the quantity they're selling is much less than brown wynn's

Each window except for the last obviously was open a very short time, the shortest window was 90 seconds if I remember correctly.

Actually, by "window", they mean the amount of time each person had to buy a deck (or multiple decks) of Brown Wynns each night. For example, if they sold out in 120 seconds, then the window for buying them would have been 120 seconds.
