Can't find these effects!

I have heard of all these effects and have an interst in each one but cant find where i can purchse these any links would be wonderful!

The effects are;
Card in TV.
Torn and restored Hat
Left Handed Pencil Up The Nose(by Dan Sylvester)
Torn and Restored Cookie

You may be able to find the Pencil Up nose in the Magic For Dummies book. As for the cookie effect, there is a similar trick in Dan Harlan's Premium Blend Volume 4.

But the pencil up the nose one I listed sounds completely different to the old pencil up the nose "gag".
