Can't Submit a Ticket

I'm posting this here because I can't submit a ticket (had my password sent to me too and it still won't take it) and I don't see any email address listed on the site to send an email to.

I just purchased Symphony. I had it almost all the way downloaded but had to leave where I was at. When I got home I tried to finish the download but couldn't because I was at a different IP address. I tried to submit a ticket but it keeps saying my username and/or password are incorrect, even though I had it sent to me. Just want to download my video. Any help would be very much appreciated. Stayed in tonight to play with some magic and now I can't. :(
