Okay so i'm getting my friend to order some cards for me, and he was wondering if hes gonna get charged at the border/custom ?

When i was at the U.S i bought 3 boxes at Costco of 15 bycicle ryder backs, went back to my country ( Chile ) and i did not pay for a single thing.

like hes ordering off theory11, but then on the website it says, that shipping to some countries might add an additional charge, so he was wondering if it applies to Canada
