Tomarrow I am performing at a christmas party. There won't be alot of people there, but it will be fun!

I am just going to do card stuff, unless someone comes up to me in which case I might do something else.

I have a card routine that I am going to do for diff. groups.

To start, I do fantasy aces into invisible palm. Then I do Joshua Jay's order from chaos, then let them order the whole deck with out of this world. Next, I do ACR, (and maybe card to pocket) and to finish, I do Jay Sankey's Paperclipped!

What do you guys think?

Good luck man. I just performed a Christmas party show today for 15 women in their 40's. It was a close up routine show that I did on a table with them seated very close to me. They were a great audience and there were no hecklers. A lot of fun was had by all. I did a wide range of effects using coins, packet tricks, some silks, regular cards, wiregrams, Invisible Deck, etc.

Wow, I'm doing a Christmas party for a charity organization Monday. I'm probably doing the same style of effects that you are.

I performed at 2 last night. First one: about 100 people
Second One: about 12 people who were not sober

Best experiences Ive ever had. I gave my name and number to about 6 people and Im hired to work at 2 weddings.(first party)

Pretty Great because I made 140$ last night

An ACR is not "too weak" for a closer... if done correctly.

I dissagree. It may be weak to us who are jadded and know the effects on the market. But to a mark who'se knoweldge at best doesn't extend beyond a french drop, with the proper presentation an ACR could be next to godly.

When you think about it the plot is direct, the movements clean and pure. The deck can be inspected, and the magic can litterly happen inside the spectators own hands. The ending phase could be a card to wallet or Wow! I don't see how this doesn't quallify for a strong closer.

The other effects are great, I'm not panning them. But the ACR certainly can close if done right.
