Combined shipping costs?

Hey guys, conditional two parter here.
A. Do T11 offer combined shipping costs, specifically internationally?

If so,

B. From any card magic what would you pair up with Sub Rosa to make the shipping costs better value for money?

If it lives up to the hype then personally Sub Rosa is worth every penny, but there is always that cheap part of me that begrudges paying so much for shipping, which would be ~$20 to the UK, so if I can pay ~$30 to ship two items I'll be happy. (Sounds ridiculous when you think about it, $20 to hand deliver something pretty much across the world is a bargain! Fuel alone would require robbing a bank.)

Choose something that looks interesting (like Counterfeit by Wayne Houchin) to add to you cart. While not all card tricks have gimmicks a good deal of them have DVD bundles for $5 USD more. If you add these items and checkout in the same basket it should ship in the same box. Alternatively you could add a couple decks (like Contraband) or what not to make it worth the shipping.
