Im not sure the name
but I think ive seen something similiar in a magic shop.
Its supposedly a gimmick which allows you to change one coin into 4 or something.

The first part is Dean Dill's Explosion and it'll run you $1000 for a half dollar set ($1900 for silver dollars), of course with Cyril adding the kicker ending of the coins multiplying at the edge of the table.
