I paid for membership in October 2012 and have received absolutely no benefit except the 15% discount on everything in their shop that's automatic on checkout.
I've not received any advance purchase opportunities, access to exclusive videos or any downloads. I've been in touch with their customer service a couple times and they don't seem to care.

I am not sure why people would want advance purchases on magic items. That is actually silly because, sure, you feel "cool" to get the item(s) a week or two early, but you are also taking a chance that the effect is also junk. Most people wait to read lots of reviews before splurging on new effects. Just my two cents.
