Q1. The first run did have seals and the second run did not.

Q2. Not really a question but wow.

Why did u wow and the fail packing is that one card is not cover by the flap and it is already pack.

Almost all of m V.3's arrived with at least one card outside the flap. In some cases
Up to three cards. Never experienced that on any of my v.4's or 5's .

lucky v5's deck do not have seals if these decks have seals i will be tearing my deck box and i just tear my centirous' deck box
