I bought a Daniel Madison effect a long time ago but I've forgotten its name - could anyone help me out?
I don't recall if it was on a single effect pdf or in his larger notes. Anyway, the effect is as follows:
The spec chooses a card and inserts it back into the box with the rest of the cards under such circumstances that the performer could not possibly know the chosen card. The performer is then in a position to tell the spec the name of the chosen card or to extract the chosen card and make it appear somewhere else ie in his shoe. Mentalism type effects were also possible where the performer would know a word the spec had written on the card.
Does anyone know the name of this Madison effect?
I've tried to get through to Daniel himself, but got no reply.
