I have just been watching Magicians on Netflix
There’s a magician on there called David Minkin who performs some levitation effects (impressive ones to be fair) - in particular a non-spinning horizontal ring float from one hand to another and a fork levitation. His hummer card w a drivers license routine I’ve seen before.
I’m going to assume it’s IT - thing is I’m watching this in HD and he performs in very very bright light and the camera is very zoomed in on the items. However I’m not seeing any IT. The person behind the camera exclaims w amazement on the fork effect - so I’m assuming there’s no post edit to remove the thread from view
Has anyone seen Mr Minkin live? Or know what IT effects he’s actually performing here?
