now i do not know much about david stone but i know enough to say he is alrigh. which of his dvd's should i buy, bearing in mind that i am a cardist mainly but wouldnt mind learning coin magic. please help guys.

His DVD's have effects really geared towards restaurant magic, if you don't perform restaurant magic, I wouldn't recommend his DVD's to you. BUT, if you are a restaurant magician, I would highly recommend his DVD's.
So it's really up to what and were you perform magic right now.
To answer your question, while they are both great videos, I would say I liked Vol. 2 more. (..by a hair, they both really are very good!)

I only have Vol 1. and it's fantastic, the effects are very simple yet visual and something I'll use.
