It's been 2 months since I've been searching how to do this trick but I've been so desperate to find out so I signed up here (Sorry if this isn't the right place to ask help from Magicians). I've seen this trick performed 2 times, once on Penn and Teller and once on David Blaine's specials. It's an effect where the magician rips the corner of a bill, eats it, and then restores it back with his mouth or by putting it inside his mouth.

We can't expose the method, but someone may be able to point you to a resource. I know Jay Sankey had an effect like this on one of his beginner dvds
I remember when the special came out, it was said at least a couple of times that this effect was Blake Vogt's Regeneration performed with a bill, and how impressive this feat it. Whether or not that is exactly true, I don't know, but they look identical. If it is true, I highly doubt you will be able to perform it I'm afraid.
