Sigh...

I guess I'll post this to save somebody else the trouble... It completely depends on what you like. If you prefer to do gaffed magic then choose the UltraGAFF, hence the name Gaff.

If you like to learn things that are sometimes besides cards (Joe Blow..etc.) and for the most part, impromptu, I would go with the DG projects.

Good luck, but this is mostly your preference, not something to ask to other people, unless you are asking for a review, level of difficulty..etc. (In that case, be more specific...)

Take care.

Merry (early) Christmas!

welcome to the forums.

I own Ultra gaff and I love it. I highly recommend it. wayne and danny are hillarious and have some great tricks in there. But I only recommend it if you like gaff magic.

I have heard that the Daniel garcia project is also a very great dvd.

If you don't like gaffs then get the DGP.

Rest assure on that.

I too own the Ultra Gaff and love it, not for the gaff tricks, but for the depth of creativity shown and given to us, for ue to see and create ourselves. Ranging from the sleights used and theory behind everything. I love it. But for a price.

Yeah, for the most part it's practical.
I mean, on every DVD, your gonna find some tricks more interesting than others.
Maybe 1 or 2 tricks that I can think of off the top of my head I wouldn't perform from that series, but the rest is good.
