Just saw an episode of this on brainwashing that kind of rubbed me wrong. First of all, conceptually it tests brainwashing with a mock assassination which is a complete rip off of a Derren Brown special from about a year ago. Secondly a few of the hypnotic tests seemed a little humiliating. Just seems to me that hypnotists should have a few boundries because you are putting someone in a state where ideally they have non. Finally, and this criticism applies to Derren's show as well, when you do some stunt like that you had better be willing to to spend as much money as it takes to make sure that guy gets the psychological help he needs to readjust from something like that.
