Do you mean "Flourishing?" If so you can't really post direct links since that's sort of exposure but, The Cuso has awesome flourishes for free on youtube.

I don't know if its called fluttering but I think he means 1-3 card flourishes like "flutter" or sick and twisted wings of a mockingbird ( more than 3 cards ). Jonas had a tutorial for flutter, but he took it down. Maybe if you ask him nicely he'll give it to you.
