Okay, I know this isn't technically magic related, but how do I, or where do I, go to view my past orders? I know it might be an obvious question for some, but I can't find out where. I ask in particular because I want to go and download my 1 on 1. Which reminds me, I can't open the 'zip'ed file. Can you guys here at Theory11 just do it like PenguinMagic, where it goes straight into your personal area under your screenname? I don't know how to open the zip file, and QuickTime can't read it. can anyone help me?

You can view you order history by logging into your customer account here: https://www.theory11.com/store/cmr_login.php.

Regarding your download issue, make sure that the ZIP file has downloaded completely because if it has not, it will not open. In addition, feel free to check out the Download FAQ, which may help.
