Don't know whether this has been done or not, but here is an idea that for an effect.
The magician shows a deck of cards to the spectator(s) then gives them a shuffle and has someone chose a card. Then spectator is told to extend both arms one palm up and the other positioned to grasp the card. The spectator is then told that he/she will hold the card and focus on it and it will change in their hand. The card is handed to the spectator such that the face of the card is turned toward them and the deck is then placed the other hand face up "to ensure that there is no funny business going on". After a wave of the hands and a snap the card has not changed at all, but when the card is turned over it is revealed that the back (i.e. from red back to blue back) has changed. Not only that, but the entire deck that was placed in the spectator's hand has also changed backs.
