Effect where the spectator can't lift you

this must be one of the easiest "tricks" in all of magic

and its gets GREAT reactions..awesome.

I have no idea where you can find it though..but I can't imagine there is alot of material written about this,since its soooo easy.
could be explained it one sentence

This is very easy to do but you have to find someone that is able to lift you.

In the Roy DVD there is one I use all the time where you put both you hands on a specs shoulder and they pull down on your elbows and bend them easy. You focus and have them try again. They can't budge or bend your elbows down.
